Join The Master's Apprentice and gain access to careers in the construction trades! This 6-week pre-apprenticeship is designed to give you the professional development and company connections to begin your career in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or any other trade. Graduates go on to positions paying $40K+ a year with full benefits. After 4 years, a professional in the trades can expect to make 60K+ a year!
Duration: 6 weeks
Schedule/Format: In-person, Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm, for 6 weeks. Mornings are classroom settings with a maximum of 30 students per class; afternoons are split between woodshop class and field trips to live construction sites.
Upcoming start dates: March 4th, April 29th, June 24th, August 19th and October 14th.

Program Cost: Free. Students can earn up to $100/week for participation with an additional $250 tool sponsorship upon placement.
Jobs Starting At: $20/hr
Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have at least a GED or high school diploma, be able to pass a drug screen, have a driver's license (or be working to obtain one) and reliable transportation.
Physical Needs / Demands: Be in good shape to meet the physical demands of a 1st year apprentice. Able to perform a full range of physical activities, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
Best-Fit Learner Profile: Have a strong desire to work in the trades and be committed to attending the 6-week long program.

Careers in the trades are all about earning while you learn. An apprenticeship in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet metal, welding or any other registered trade provides on-the-job training in a 4-year apprenticeship to earn a Journey Level License, earning you well over $30 an hour.
